Firstly I would like to thank Logezy for giving me this opportunity and it’s my pleasure to introduce myself. My name is Sandra Mary Babu.
I am from Thrissur. I was raised in Dubai and moved to Kochi to take my University studies. I completed my B.com in Rajagiri college of management and applied sciences.
It has been a wonderful journey in Logezy, even though I just completed my 3rd month in this company. I am a part of the operations and currently working for Oncall care services as an HR.
Compliance Procedures are the procedures done after the Recruitment process designed to obtain reasonable assurance on the eligibility of the candidates.
It is the major key for internal and external audits of the recruitment process. It is basically obtaining and keeping the record of a certain set of documents and training certificates. Compliance Procedures are tests designed to obtain reasonable assurance that those internal controls on which audit reliance is to be placed are in effect. The auditor needs to ensure that internal control exists and that the internal control is operating effectively and being operating continuously throughout the period under audit to ensure that they can be relied upon. In summary, by doing Compliance Tests, the auditor can then able to ascertain the existence, effectiveness, and continuity of the internal control system. Compliance procedures are tests designed to obtain reasonable assurance that those internal controls on which audit reliance is to be placed are in effect.
